Return Policy
Merutek is committed to 100% customer satisfaction! We are happy to offer returns if you are unsatisfied for any reason. You may return your purchase within 30 days of the ship date. No questions asked! No restocking fees!
To process your return, just shoot us an email at help@merutek.com. Include your order number in the subject line, and let us know which item(s) you would like to send back!
You will receive a return authorizaion number and we will issue a prepaid return shipping label. Please let us know how you would like to be credited either by store credit or money back to your original purchase method.
- Customers have up to 30 days to ask for a refund
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested via email
- The original order number should be included in the email
- Merutek will pay for any shipping involved (with exceptions)
- Refunds are offered as store credit or credited back to the customers’ Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit/debit cards
Exchange Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. Exchanges can be processed within 30 days of delivery. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
