Shipping
Please call or send us an email to help@merutek.com with your order number in the subject line. Let us know what you would like to change and we will make every effort to ensure you are satisfied.
Shipments for Continental US orders generally take between 3 to 6 business days.
We ship to the UK, Europe, Australia, and Japan.
We also ship to Canada!
Currently, we do not offer same day delivery but often sell through Amazon and other channels where this option may be available. Please email us at help@mertuk.com for additional information.
Payment

Returns
Merutek is committed to 100% customer satisfaction! We are happy to offer returns if you are unsatisfied for any reason. You may return your purchase within 30 days of the ship date. No questions asked! No restocking fees!
To process your return, just shoot us an email at help@merutek.com. Include your order number in the subject line, and let us know which item(s) you would like to send back!
You will receive a return authorizaion number and we will issue a prepaid return shipping label. Please let us know how you would like to be credited either by store credit or money back to your original purchase method.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. Exchanges can be processed within 30 days of delivery. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
